Steve has 20 years of experience managing transactions involving the purchase and sale of entertainment companies and their assets, domestic and international catalogue licensing and distribution, recording artist and songwriter engagements, audio and audiovisual production, and live events. Before focusing on entertainment, Steve worked for several years as a corporate attorney on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and securities offerings.
